To be eligible to take part in future ‘Voice of the Contact Centre Agent’ surveys, you need to join the YouGov online panel:
- - Complete initial registration by clicking on the link below and filling in a short initial questionnaire. We will then email you a link for the 2nd part of the registration process within the hour.
- - Complete the 2nd part of the registration (a 5 minute survey).
As a YouGov panel member, from time to time you will be sent email invitations to take part in market research surveys on a range of topics.
- - As a thank you, survey completion is rewarded with either a credit to your YouGov account or entry into a prize draw.
When the next ‘Voice of the Contact Centre Agent’ survey becomes available later in the year, you will automatically be invited to take part.
- - As a thank you for completion of that survey, you will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win some excellent prizes.
